General description of the COAA Plaplotter
using this program, you can see a visualization similar to a radar of all the aircraft surrounding the appropriate digital messages, including ACARS, ADS-B and HFDL. If you receive Mode-S-B position reports, you can interact with Google Earth to show airplanes on the base map of Google Earth.
You can even give it a dynamic real -time view of the aircraft when it designates the flight cover. You can also determine and display the address of any transmission using a simple passive antenna switch. It allows the airplanes to be found even if it is not equipped with ACARS or MODE-S/ADS-B.
Graphics Display
Plota aircraft positions, altitudes and decoded time traffic you receive. These include integrated position reports, AMDAR and ADS reports contained in ACCARs messages, ADS-B position reports received by Kinetic SBS1 or Airnav System Radarbox Modeb, and HF position reports using the PC-HFDL software of Charles Brain.
The graph can be supervised in an adequate aeronautical symbols. Where altitude information is available (for example, MODE-S messages), you can select data by altitude band to distinguish between low level and high level traffic.
